Role Overview: This internship position primarily reports to the Marketing department but collaborates closely with Procurement. The intern will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and recommending a comprehensive uniform and promotional product solution. From inception to conclusion, the intern will spearhead negotiations and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting a consolidated supplier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify organizational needs by engaging with stakeholders from various departments.
  • Develop and implement processes, procedures, and training modules.
  • Drive negotiations and manage the RFP process for selecting uniform and promotional product suppliers.
  • Provide recommendations on uniform selection for a diverse group of individuals.
  • Present findings and vendor recommendations at the end of the internship.
