Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and manipulate heavy objects and equipment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required. (Some positions may require the satisfactory completion of a DMV Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report as a condition of employment. Applicants driving records must meet our standards.)
