Job Summary

Kujawa Enterprises Inc, located in Oak Creek WI, is looking for a strong and motivated sales and marketing professional interested in developing long term client relationships.  We are looking for the right person to generate leads, close, and assist the operations team in account management.  You’ll be part of a team with some of the best people in the industry servicing some of the most high profile sites around. Nature and Scope of this opportunity:

The primary objective of the Business Development Manager is to develop NEW business and clients.  Sales and Customer Service skills are a must.  An understanding of the landscape industry is desirable, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and build strong relationships.
• Attend professional association meetings and networking events. 
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge

• Prepare proposals and make effective presentations.
• Close sales and coordinate job specifics with Operations.
• Assists in development and implementation of new business development plans
• Maintain knowledge of the industry and trends impacting the business

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Verbal and written communication skills to effectively set and manage customer expectations
• Professional sales experience 
• Professional communication, appearance and interpersonal skills for developing and sustaining client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to collaborate with other team members
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
