Experienced Landscape Project Crew Member – Multiple Positions

Job Summary

Crystal Greens Landscape is looking to hire full-time experienced commercial landscape project crew members.  Multiple positions available, 2-3 years prior experience is required.  You will provide service and ensure business success through installs, cleanups, pressure washing, seasonal site needs, and renovations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of plant material, hardscapes, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and drainage systems.
• Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in landscape construction, including power saws, drills, and other hand tools.
• Prepare for jobs daily by ensuring all needed materials, equipment, and safety gear are ready for the job.
• Expedite landscape projects by carrying materials, sweeping, hosing, and cleaning up each job daily.
• Support other crews in maintaining shop cleanliness including organizing, cleaning, and managing materials. 

Requirements: 

• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift 50lbs and perform daily landscape maintenance tasks.
• Able to communicate and manage time effectively.
• 1-3 years of commercial landscape experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to report at designated shop Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
• Possess and strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  Possess basic carpentry and mason skills.
• Preferred bi-lingual (Spanish/English)

Location: Seattle, WA 

Pay is depending on experience.

Schedule is 40-50 hrs. a week during peak season
