ROLE DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and understand the scope of work and communicate to other team members and stakeholders.
- Has the bottom line project responsibility; financial, quality, schedule, safety and client relationships.
- Negotiate and account for all contract changes, such as extra work, change order requests, scope disputes, including budget revisions, resultant subcontract changes, etc.
- Create and maintain project budget .
- Work with Superintendent to author and maintain appropriate schedule, including weekly short term schedules.
- Manage project team through buyout of materials, subcontractors, equipment, and other resources as required.
- Prepare or supervise preparation of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts
- Establish and maintain a document control system for use of all project stakeholders (e.g. field, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, end users, etc.)
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings as required including weekly Owner Meeting, Subcontractor Meeting, Buyout Meeting, monthly Job Update Meeting.
- Identify, manage and track project
- Prepare monthly Cost at Completion report as well as other project specific reports.
- Work with all project stakeholders, Owner Groups, Agencies, Subcontractors, Other Prime Contractors as necessary.
- Establish and administer special case processes in order to properly manage project outcomes.
Qualifications, Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management preferred
- Minimum of 4 years' experience both Field and Office
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
- Computer, Excel , Word skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
