“I am quite pleased with the way our complex is looking after our switch to Conserve LandCare. During our RFP process, Conserve was right there with a contract, providing personnel at our meetings to answer questions and to address our concerns. Upon commencement of the new contract Conserve went to work immediately with a thorough evaluation of our grounds and a report back to the Board of Directors.

Facing a summer with unprecedented water restrictions, they found areas where we could immediately conserve irrigation water. From replacing broken flow controllers and sprinkler heads to carefully pruning the grounds and removing failing plants, Conserve was there to help. Conserve worked with us to identify where we could replace plant material with more drought tolerant plants as well as splashes of color to add to the beauty of the property. All this helped our property look better while keeping our expenses under control.
