Michael has been part of the Sperber family for many years, having spent over 15 years with ValleyCrest earlier in his career. He brings a deep understanding of Sperber’s legacy and culture, along with extensive operational expertise. In his new role, Michael will help ensure Sperber branches across the country have the tools and support needed to thrive. His focus on operational excellence will directly benefit teams in the field and the clients they serve every day.

Jennifer Terrill
Vice President of Information Technology
Jennifer will lead efforts to modernize and scale Sperber’s technology platforms, empowering employees with systems that make their work easier, more efficient, and more collaborative.

James Tremmel
Executive Vice President, National Sales
With extensive expertise in the hospitality and HOA sectors, his leadership will help deepen client partnerships.
