Sperber was engaged by Park Hyatt Aviara Resort to deliver a turnkey re-development of the central courtyard and main pool area. Located in beautiful Carlsbad, CA, the scope of work included a re-imagined event area that increased guest occupancy in a warm and inviting courtyard that is anchored by a large fountain and framed by stately palms.
Sperber refinished the existing main pool; replacing all plumbing, plaster, and tiles. The scope also called for the replacement of all pavement, the build-out of a new family pool, and the installation of a state-of-the art water slide.
