Situated on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii is the beloved and legendary Mauna Lani Resort. When the owners set out to dramatically reimagine the property, they turned to Sperber. The turnkey scope package included site lighting, multiple swimming pools and spas, enhanced pavements, extensive IPE wood decks, fencing and gates, cabanas and furnishings, restoration of the existing Canoe House Restaurant, new Surf Shack concessions building, landscape irrigation and long term maintenance.
